Meat, Eggs and Milk

Part of building a strong regional food system is sourcing local meats.  At the Pocatello Co-op, we strive to deliver delicious and local meats and products.  With the opening of a poultry processing plant in Arimo and the continued discussions for progressing our region's ability to provide local food, we hope to see a shift in the way meat is produced (and consumed!) here in SE Idaho.

At the Co-op, we are proud to offer the following selection of local meats and eggs:

Lau Family Farm: grass-fed lamb and beef.  www.laufamilyfarm.com

Eater's Supply: Lamb sausage and eggs

Star West Poultry: chickens and turkeys

Happy Acres: eggs and meat

Sage Creek: eggs

Casa De Pollo: eggs

Our Family Farms: eggs

Cloverleaf Creamery: Milk, butter, and ice cream
